Pretty Little Marketer is a social media marketing brand built for marketers, by marketers. We've grown to over 700k followers across platforms and host our wonderful PLM Insiders Club – a membership community of 500+ marketers who are serious about getting better at social! We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer to join our small (but mighty) team for 2-3 days per week!

You'll be creating social media carousels, speaker assets, and ad-hoc event creative - working closely with our founder Sophie and Ops Manager Louisa (we’re really nice, promise)

The work:

You'll be our go-to designer for social content and event creative. That includes:

• Carousel posts for Instagram and LinkedIn (up to 6 per month) – taking briefs and copy and turning them into something scroll-stopping
• Speaker and guest assets for our expert sessions and community events
• Ad-hoc creative for our IRL events (think signage, name badges, promotional graphics)

You'll work closely with me (Sophie, founder) and Louisa (Ops Manager). We're collaborative and flexible – we want creative input, not just execution!

What we’re looking for:

• Original design work (not template-based)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience designing for social media – you get what performs

  The style we’re after:

Bold and editorial. Magazine-style layouts, confident typography, punchy colour, collage elements, layered textures.
